Charter Communications

Our internet was lagging and I called charter. They sent a tech named Allen out to my house the very next morning. He went above and beyond and took his time to figure out the issue. He was friendly professional and efficient. Ask for Allen when needing a tech to come fix your issue as we are very impressed with his work!

Internet has been constantly on/off for month and still no fix. What am I paying you for? People who pay for a service expect it to work when they need it!

Internet goes out a lot and not just mine and u don't try to get anyone out there that day or try to fix problem

Charter SUCKS! They are the worst cable company in the entire country! Ever since they changed their channel line-up, all the movie channels play the SAME MOVIES! Our choices went from numerous down to basically nothing! Not only that, but after removing all our different choices of different movies to watch, they went and added numerous Hispanic, French and Asian channels! Good Grief Charter this is Montana, and we aren't exactly over-run with Mexican, French and Asian speaking people! You've given them lots of choices, and cut ours down to nothing! We're going to cancel our Charter subscription and switch to Direct TV. At least with Direct TV we'll be offered lots of choices as to what we can watch! Charter, you are TERRIBLE, and you're definitely going to be losing business in this state!

Charter is a terrible company. They never keep their word about rates and now you have to have a box to get basic cable because "they don't want people to stealook cable" and for that privilege you get pay 7 dollars more a month per box! Direct TV is way better and cheaper for the same services!
