1. Physical addresses hidden on internet. Obviously they get too much over the counter complaints. 2. I ordered bundled service and asked my existing phone number to be transferred or "ported". Cable TV and Internet activation were prompt, but telephone service took 30 days and my desired telephone number had long ago been deactivated. The company collectively fumbled badly, but the worst issue is that they never apologized or admitted to any wrong doing on their behalf. World's worst customer service.
