In the May of 2015 our telephone service contract with Century Link expired and we began to canvas for a new service provider. We spoke with the usual POTS vendors and then moved on to multiple IP phone service providers. Cebod was the only company that was willing and able to fulfill our requirement to maintain our current phone infrastructure including the KSU and desk phones while providing us SIP connectivity through a Goldstream converter. In May of 2015 we began a month-to-month service to test the Cebod service. While we had some small hiccups during our initial trial period, Cebod responded immediately and the few issues that we experienced were solved within minutes. We had never before experienced such service. We are now on a yearly contract and will renew our commitment for a longer period when our current contract expires.
