We are a lage scale distribution center for all things related to vacuums and other janitorial equipment. We are a REGIONAL Dyson repair center, so we have access to all Dyson parts.

We are are also one of ProTeam and Panasonic's largest distributor, and service customers world wide. 

We have 4 brick and mortar retail stores in Columbus, Ohio.We also have a website - www.carmensvacuum.com - where you may purchase your items direct.

Typically the turn around time for shipping is less than 3 days.

Our retail stores follow seperate hours from our distribution center. They are as follows:

M-F 9 am - 6 pm EST

Sat 9 am - 4 pm EST

  Bought new dyson

  I paid full price for a vacuum Dyson says is a factory rework. They refused to give a refund!!

  We make every client aware at the time of purchase if it happens to be a refurbished unit, and that no refunds or returns are available as they are sold "as is."

  Ripped Off

  Was sold a repack instead of a new unit as advertised.

  Carmen's does not sell anything repacked unless it is specifically stated, as that is illegal. We're sorry this client felt this way, but as you can see by the lack of information given, we are also limited in a response.

  I called Carmens about a vacuum I saw online they matched the price that I saw online and recieved the vacuum in a timely manner thanks to Carmens I can still keep my house clean.
