Car Plus Finance is the place to go if you want to be treated with RESPECT! As a single woman looking for car I have had SEVERAL people try to trick me and run all sorts of games on me and think that I dont know anything. I happen to know a lot about cars as a matter of fact so that kind of stuff really gets under my skin...so irritating. Hamid at the dealership treated me like a real person an not like a stupid woman and that is why I'm posting this review. We are past the point where woman can be disrespected. I recommend car plus to anyone who is looking for a car but i also recommend them to WOMEN who dont want to be treated like we dont know anything. THANK YOU HAMID!

Helping a friend find a very specific vehicle. She is not very savvy online, or with any technology for that matter, so I took it upon myself to track down the truck that she was looking for (and my friend is EXTREMELY picky). Anyway, I looked all over LA (even looked on Bing and dare I say Yahoo lol) and ended up finding the Tacoma TRD she wanted on carplusfinance.com. I called them to get the details. I was on the phone for about 45 minutes with Hamid and he was very personable and polite. He even told me something that did not portray the specific vehicle that I was looking for in positive light. But, that honesty was actually what made me decide this was the place to send my friend to get the Tacoma. This dealer literally has the best selection of used Toyota Tacomas in all of LA. Not even the Toyota dealer has these hard to find trims. Amazing. Thanks! Now I can get back to my life :0)

I was actually really surprised with the lack of good used Preowned Tacomas and Tundreas available in Los Angeles. I thought this was supposed to be like a "we have a little of everything" city. Apparently not. When I called Car Plus Finance after finnding them on Google I told to Hamid and he told me that he had was I was looking for...the Tacoma TRD in Black. I was like yeah I heard that before. Well, he wasnt lying. I got there and it was already set up for my test drive. LOVED IT. NEED IT! Unfortunatly do to some credit lines that were not mine on my credit report i wasnt able to get it right then and there. BUT*** he went out of his way to find me someone who was able to get this resolved, rescore me, and then ill be set to go offroading.I was amazed that he was able to hold it it was a deposit while I get this taken care of. Thats really going above and beyond Hamid is the man! I have never had an experience like this in all of the cars that i have purcahsed over the years. the sales process at the dealer was smooth. not much haggling. the vehicle was clean...there was minor issue with a seat and they had someone come out and take care of it so i did have to go back the next day but it was worth because of the price. the price was the reason that i chose to give them my business. the reason i would recommend is because of the pricing.

My relative and I are considering either the 2014 Honda Avalanche or the 2015 Toyota Tacoma for a potential side business venture. As I have been in the auto industry for a significant portion of my career we decided I would determine which vehicle would suit our needs best. After looking at the KBB values and doing some research on Edmunds and other sites, all signs pointed to the Tacoma. We worked with Hamid who is very knowledgeable and he let us know the pros and cons of the different models. We are in the mid stages of this new venture so we will definitely coming back to Hamid for the purchase at that time. Cool thing is he appears to have access to those particular vehicles that even the franchise Toyota DON'T. It's a little odd, but we don't care. We didn't get good response from the preowned Toyota franchise dealers nearby so we are going to carplusfinance.com.

We has been looking for a used truck for a few weeks but were not able to come to an agreement as financing was a major part of what was going to "seal the deal". After looking at some of the reviews for this dealership we called and went in for a test drive. We didnt really want a Toyota but after looking at several models we ended up liking the TRD a lot. We did have to work a little bit with this dealership on the financing part. Took a couple days actually, but they kept us in the loop so we just ended up getting the truck. Has all the bells and whistles, is spacious for a truck, and from what ive researched these trucks last forever so we are happy with our purchase and yes we would recommend this dealership to others.

Hamid got back to me almost immediately after my email request for information. He even sent a follow up email 1 day later making sure that there was no more info that I required prior to visiting his location. My visit did not result in a purchase, however, which was a result of me not doing my homework. The vehicle that I was interested in was a different model than the one on the web. Even though I didn't make a purchase, I was still treated respectfully. Would definitely go back.

Took my friend out here to look at their Tacoma inventory and they have a big selection of them. They have a bunch of different trims and such. In the end, buddy ended up buying a truck he liked, there were no hassles and he got financed there. It's been about two weeks now and the truck is still running great so I think he got a good one.

The staff was very nice & knowledgeable. Stopped in on a Saturday & we were back the next day to make a purchase. Vehicles are in excellent condition. They are obviously picky about the vehicles they procure. The deal was great & financing was easy with their online application. Would definitely do business with them again.

So my old truck was slowly but surely dying piece by piece. It was time to get a newer one. I went to my bank(Chase) and got a pre-approved loan and set out truck shopping. I covered over twenty different places small and large. I didn't find too many trucks that I liked that fit the parameters that my loan specified. One guy at a local lot(Jim's) even laughed at me when I told him what I was looking for as far as truck type, mileage, age, and price range. He said it didn't exist. Then he accused me of lying when I told him that I had found a couple at this place. He said it had to be a salvage title or other major problem. I didn't feel like arguing with him so I said if you think I'm lying about it, then you obviously can't beat their deal. So I went back to Car Plus Finance and the owner greeted me again but seemed to notice that I was settling for a lesser truck than I really wanted. Don't get me wrong, it was a nice truck, but there were also some really really nice trucks there as well. So he asked about the deal I got from my bank, and I told him. He went through my info and said he was sure he could put me in a nicer truck and get me a better deal on my loan. He was right. I ended up with an immaculate Toyota Tundra SR5 access cab truck instead of the single cab Tacoma. He was very patient and nice. No fast talk, no high pressure. He just told me the deal he could give me on the trucks that I liked and welcomed me to shop around for a better deal. It wasn't even close. The guys and gals at CarMax tried hard for me and were really nice too, but they couldn't beat the deal at Car Plus Finance and their selection of Toyotas wasn't as impressive.
