If you are thinking about moving to Campus Creek, I highly suggest you rethink it. It's nice having a low, all inclusive rent, but that's the only positive. The women in the office are rude and never turn in maintenance requests, so you will never get any repairs made unless you seek out the maintenance guys yourself. I went 2 weeks without hot water once without even any compensation let alone an apology. Also, the breezeways are always covered in garbage, glass, and cigarette butts that no one will clean up. The security alarms have no function because they canceled the security contract, yet the beep incessantly during the night disturbing your sleep. Also, there is never any parking near your building if you live up front, so you have to park across the street. Good luck getting your groceries up to your apartment. The gates to the apartments hardly ever work, and the security cameras outside the gates do not work. There was a resident who was assaulted on the property and nothing could be done because the cameras caught nothing and the "security guard" didn't make it in time to do anything at all. Now he has thousands of dollars in medical bills. That's not the kind of place anyone wants to live.
