Service technician is always on time, he conducts his work in a timely manner gives full explanation as to services rendered. If parts are required to repair the copier the response time is done in a manner which allows for our company to continue using the equipment without down time.

Whenever I have an issue with my copier or fax machines, I call Cal Tech and they usually have a technician there the same day. Their techs are all very professional and always know exactly what my machine needs. The office staff also keeps me updated on everything. I have recommended them to many of my associates.

i called cal tech for service and i was told that a technician was going to be at my shop. I had to call cal tech again to ask when my technician was going to arrive because it was over an hour. So the technician finally arrived and he wanted to charge me more than triple for my part. I felt completly disregarded and taken adantage of!

GREAT SERVICE
I had Cal Tech Copier, Inc servcie an HP printer at our facility. The technician did a great job, the service was excellent and all in a timely fashion. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely use them for all future service.

BAD DISHONEST INCOMPETENT
A tech came to my home to set up my printers to copy remotely from my 3 computers in my home. I also requested that he hooked my printer up to one of the computers.
It was a mac. He did not know where to plug the printer cord into the computer, I had to show him. He did not know how to print a document, i did that for him.
After being in my home for 5 minutes, i explained to him that i did not think he was capable of doing what had requested< iasked him to leave, which he did after some resistance.
I spoke with the administrators .
at his office, they said that their tech I performed services, cleaning and servicing.
They did not think my complaints were valid, and suggested I was lying.
I just received an invoice in the mail from CALTECH PRINTER COPIER REPAIR for $150.00. Kathy, an employee their told me that I had to pay the invoice because the tech had done work on my computer!!!
I have never NEVER had an issue such as this, with any company.
Stay away from Cal tech, they are dishonest and un ethical.
