Burggraf Disaster Restoration

Overall I would rate my experience as a success. Our water heater burst and flooded out into the hall, We called around and Burggraf offered the best price. They gave an estimate on price along with when they could get there to do the work. They were about 30 minutes late but I'm not going to fault them too much for that, once they got there they were awesome.

As an insurance agent, you always want to make sure the clients are happy with company recommendation that you give them. Over the past 3 years I've always been able to count on Burggraf Restoration. They have always been honest, reliable, and professional with every client that we have sent there way. Great job guys!

These people came into my home and had it tore up for over a month, never called to say why they were not coming to finish the job! The deductible isn't paid they add it in the bid, in fact they tried to charge for services that were not done. Go over your estimate with your adjustors if you need the help understanding what they are charging for, it's you home, your money, and thier job!
Needless to say fired them off the job and finished it myself!

The technician was supposed to be at my house within a few hours after I originally contacted Burggraf, however, it took around 6 hours before they showed. The restoration process went smoothly after that.



However, the biggest complaint that I have had with Burggraf is their home office. I was very patient and had to call multiple times over the course of 2-3 weeks requesting the detail of services performed and invoice be sent to me. It finally took chewing someone out to get the invoice sent. It was sent within the hour after that conversation occurred.



A month after the work was performed, I received a statement from Burggraf stating that my account was past due even though I had provided my credit card information to them the day that the services were performed. I have had multiple people tell me that they couldn't help me, that I had to talk to someone else, that I had to call back, that their computers were down, etc...



Quite frankly, I regret ever contacting them!

I would highly recommend this company.I have used their services on my personal home as well as my rental properties and they have always been fair.

EXCELLENT WORKMANSHIP ! The work was great, the people were great,they took care of mt deductable.I would use them again.

We had a fire and didnt know what to do. I called Burggraf and they came right out and did a wonderfull job for us. I would HIGHLY recommend their service.I hope this neverhappens to you but if it does give them a call

TERRIBLE! From start to finish it was a nightmare. Do not use this company! You dont have to look far to find negative comments all over the internet.

GREAT JOB GENTELMEN!!! They did what they said they woul do when they said they would do it! great service the way it should be. They even got the insurance to pay for the things they missed nice to have someone on my side! They have a great reputation and have been in business a long time so i know they will be around if their are any warranty issues,great piece of mind. I would recommend them to anyone

This is what service should be Fast,Couteous,Thoughtful, I would highly recommend Burggraf!!

These people were so couteous and profesional,they did a great job and fast.they were the second contractor i hired and they were able to clean up the mess the first contractor left and were still in budget.No they didnt pay my deductible but explained that they had to do all the work on the job or they wouldnt be able to make a profit. wich is understandable every business needs to make a profit or they wont be in business very long!

Don't call Burggraf Restoration. They will not pay your deductible like they say. The truth is it only applies if you do all the work with them. Not just removal of the water they make their money on fixing floors, walls, etc. Who knew? You are money ahead paying your own deductible and contracting out the work yourself. Shame on them.

I cant say enough about this company, they are the hardest working people i have ever seen,MAY GOD BLESS YOU ALL AND YOUR COMPANY!!

Awesome Company ! I'm sure the type of bussines this company does is not easy. Every job regardless of the size is considered an emergency to the homeowner, and I'm sure it's not easy to keep everyone satisfied. If you don't want to hassle with dealing with your insurance company and to make sure that you are not getting the shaft from your insurance company, I would highly recommend using Burggraf. They handle your loss from start to finish. And they make sure that your house is put back to the way it was before the emergency ! At the end of the day, that's what counts.

THESE PEOPLE ARE HORRIBLE HAD MY HOUSE TORE UP FOR MONTHS NO ONE WOULD DO ANYTHING, THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DONT EVER USE THEM
