We had made an entire day out of looking at different show rooms (las Vegas flooring outlet, floors etc, lumber liquidators, and more) and Budget flooring was the very last on our list seeing how they were so close to home. We arrived and for once there wasn't some nosy sales guy trying to push a product or service on us, just honest women giving clear answers. We scheduled our free estimate with Don (spellcheck?) and he arrived right on time! He then walked us through the house and gave us multiple different quotes because I had a bunch of different ways I wanted the house to be done. After we went over all my options and prices he pointed out things we should do in the future with our home (mini cracks in our outside back yard stucco and how to fix them ourselves among other simple DIYS he recommended) with us being first time homeowners all his advice was greatly appreciated! Once we decided to go ahead and start our project NICOLE is the one who got out contract written up and they started just a day later. We weren't living in the house when they started so we would pop in every now and then to check on the progress. At first we were skeptical that they would finish on time (I think that had to do with us being rookies and not knowing exactly how long each job took) because we had decided to do laminate tile new carpet and new baseboards throughout our entire house. Which they finished a day earlier than our contract had predicted!! All the while, with my many questions on top of my boyfriends many questions Nicole stuck with me through it all and really made me feel as though our conversations weren't between a business and a customer but more of a friend to friend. I would recommend Budget flooring to everyone looking to update their home!!

Highly recommended by several friends and they did not disappoint. Their selection of wood flooring was expansive. It included pad, furniture movement and all wood strips at doorways. A large crew (5) arrived at 8 am and finished before 4 pm. They did our master bedroom, living room and dining room. Promised to do in 3 days and finished in 1. Very careful and courteous, even moving a huge entertainment center to our garage. We couldn't be happier. Price beat Lowes. We contracted and wood was ordered and installation done within 17 days.

Everyone involved was polite, from sales to measuring to the crew that installed the flooring. Good cleanup as well.

Budget Flooring installed laminates for our home that we purchased in 2014. In less than 2 years, we advertised it for sale. Needless to say, we received an offer immediately as soon as the professional photos appeared in the multi listing. The floors pretty much sold the house - beautiful! This time, we have again asked Don's professional advice and we are very happy with the laminates that were recently installed. Thank you Don and staff and kudos to Tyler for being a perfectionist!

Laminate flooring versus real wood. Just ask Don't and receive an honest, professional opinion as he goes over every aspect of your wants and needs. Couple that with a very attentive installation crew and you have a great experience and Wow, what a finished product!

As I mentioned on another review site, I searched practically the entire valley for the flooring I wanted and found it at Budget. Nicole was wonderful, and since I couldn't decide between two products, she ordered me samples of each one. Don came over and was easy to work with. Mario and crew did a great job removing my tile, and Eric and his crew were stars when it came to installing. I can only say positive things about the price, sale and service I received. My 1300 sq . ft. of luxury vinyl plank looks absolutely beautiful, and I am happy to recommend Budget Flooring to everyone I know.

Too bad you don't have a rating lower. In March 2013, I had them remove carpeting and tile and install laminate. I didn't see anything negative about this company, so I thought it was good. My mistake. First problem was something coming through the laminate at a high traffic area. So I called in May, June, July, and finally in August someone came out to determine a nail or something was left under the laminate when it was installed. The repair was to take up all the laminate in that area. This was my main living area visible to guests, so I told them to fix it. Mistake #2. They pulled the laminate in a hallway and my living room up. Then installed "their fix". The workmanship is so bad that I called them in September, October, November, December 2013, but they still did not respond. I called again in June, and July 2014, and still no response from them. The last time I called the person on the other line said it was our "harsh winters" that caused the problem. I live in Las Vegas, NV, and not in Anchorage, Alaska! Right now I have a huge gap in the laminate in my hallway and my living room. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!

We were visiting our daughter. We are from Iowa. She had 23-year-old carpet that we wanted to help her replace. We did lots of research with local companies and finally decided that lminate was the best choice. She has an energetic young dog and we really felt engineered flooring would not hold up. We went to budget flooring and got an estimate within 24 hours. The owner did the estimate himself. his measurements were with and 30 ft.² of what I estimated. His bid seemed very reasonable. The materials were delivered within two days. The bid Included breaking up about 250 ft.² of tile and removing all the carpeting in the other thousand square feet. Included the removal of the large furniture and tearing out and hauling away all the material. The team of three gentleman came on time as expected. They were very polite and professional. I stayed and watched them the entire time of the tear-out and install. They worked very hard and were very polite. They gave me an estimate of 4 days to complete the job. They completed the job from start to finish in just two and a half days. My son-in-law and I sanded and painted all of the over 100 pieces of trim while they work on the install. They then reinstalled the painted trim in the home. They filled all the nail holes and caulked all of the gaps. It turned out absolutely beautiful. They ran a bit short on some of the trim pieces but came back the very next day and completed the job. We were very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend Budget Floiring. Will get a bid to do the carpet in the bedrooms next.

Budget Flooring did an excellent job of instally my carpet and tile..I have used them before and they always have done an excellent job, Workers were also very curtious and hepful and very careful when moving furniture. Wouldrecommend them...

Hi, my name is Julie. I don't normally take the time to fill out these reviews but after the job I received I feel I have to. Budget Flooring was the 3rd carpet store to come out to my house for a bid on carpet in my master bedroom, stairs and laminate in my downstairs. They came out on a Friday evening. For the same areas everybody else was bidding on not only did I get laminate in the whole downstairs, carpet on my stairs and my master bedroom but I also got carpet in 2 other bedrooms for LESS than the 2 bids from the other companies. We signed the contract on that Friday. The painters came on Saturday and by Monday my installation began! On Monday when I went to my house to let the installers in I found out the painters had painted on my laminate floor upstairs thinking they were going to be replaced also. I called Don at Budget Flooring in a panic. Don came out and gave me a price on laminate which was out of my budget at the time. I am pregnant and due in the next few months and on a zero budget right now. He then gave me a price on carpet for my damaged floor still at this time I couldn't afford this. He told me not to worry about it and he let me make payments over the next 3 months with NO INTEREST and NO CREDIT check. WOW talk about helping me out!!! I only had five days to complete the job so we could move in that weekend...BUDGET finished on time and the work was wonderful!! I will refer them to everyone I know. THANKS!!!
