NEVER use him!!! My vehicle ended up with many more issues after using a mobile service for the first time. His response was simply, "Next time something goes wrong...call someone else". Well no worries! I intend to! Very unprofessional! Willing to accept my money. LOTS of it I ended up paying over $2k in a 2 month period. And now he just "doesn't want to be bothered" with issues he may have caused. I now understand why dealing with the dealership is best!!
I am the owner & i remember this customer. My main goal is to please every customer, but the reality is i simply cannot please everyone no matter how hard i try. The vehicle is a high mileage Range Rover (which everything is expensive for) SUV with multiple issues in different areas & the customer had a very hard time understanding that fixing 1 or 2 problems does not fix all the problems. The work i did was performed correctly the first time & every job i execute comes with a warranty. That's how i work, i triple check every job i do to make sure its correct the first time every time. Unless i was willing to work & replace everything that she needed for free(parts & labor) then the customer could not be satisfied.
