Brennan's Heating & Air Conditioning

We have used Brennan’s for our HVAC for over 15 years. Based on Brian and Joe’s recommendations, we just had our outside heat pump replaced with a more efficient system plus a WiFi thermostat. They did not pressure us in the slightest to also replace the inside unit, although it is aging (well). Installation was excellent. Danny and Kyle were prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. The removal/install had minimal impact on our property, and Danny was especially ready and willing to answer any questions we had. A job well done by all.

Mike Anderson always does an outstanding job of servicing our heating and air conditioning system. He always offers invaluable advice and we really trust his expertise. We’ve been customers of Brennan’s for more than two decades and are very pleased with the value we get for our money, whether for regular system maintenance or when a problem arises.

Here's the most important thing up front. I received some bad customer service, and they went through a lot of effort to make it right. That speaks well for the company, and as a result, I would consider using them in the future.

I've used Brennan's several times in the past, and the service had been exactly what I expected. Unfortunately, this morning I had a negative experience with an unprofessional receptionist. Ordinarily, I would be content to walk away and leave a negative review to help others avoid the same. Fortunately, they reached out to me personally to investigate my issue and offer to make it right. While I am very disappointed that this occurred in the first place, in such situations the biggest thing is trying to make it right. I appreciate the effort they made to do so.

My technician (Gary) was exceptional. Excellent service from Gary and the Brennan team. I was contacted by a member of the office staff the morning of the appointment and told the technician's name and when he would arrive. Gary was on time! Gary is knowledgeable, professional and thorough. He informed me of his findings, explained the implications and offered options. I was very pleased Gary and Brennan's H&AC.

this is a very reputable heating and air conditioning company. I am glad to have a place to be able to let people know that they are very reasonably priced, friendly and most importantly..ON TIME! An A+ all around! Highly recommend!

I have had good service with Brennans' but with HVAC company's it's all about loyalty. In order to get service, you have to have a maintenance contract. If you don't have a contract, then you have no priority in their appointment scheduling system and you will have to wait. I installed a humidifier this winter and initially had some problems, but when I called Brennan's, they seemed to drop what they were doing to come out and fix the system. I have never met a Brennans service person who was not friendly.
