We like that this business has daily rentals and reasonable priced packages that fit our needs. The moonwalks are delivered very nice and clean! Bounce 4Fun has delivery, setup and pickup service of bounce houses and slides in San Antonio and this is Great!

Had an awesome experience with the team they did an awesome job setting up the water slide for us . I will definitely be renting from them again soon

I employed the services of Bounce 4Fun for a large community event. From the initial conversation, I knew these guys were "gold"! They explained all the options, walked me through their website, and made suggestions along the way. I placed my order and immediately received a confirmation. They called me the day prior to my event and confirmed times, location and needs. The day of the event they called early and let me know they were on the way. Set up was seamless and their customer service skills were amazing. They secured all items and confirmed time of pick up. The event was over and they were there to strike and load up their equipment. The experience was great and I will definitely be utilizing the services of Bounce 4Fun at my next events.

Great customer service! Very informative from the friendly lady (Leti I think) who placed the order (with an added discount!), to the bounce/slide and concessions we ordered for our daughter's birthday party. The bounces, tables & chairs were actually clean unlike other businesses I've rented from. They have so many themes to choose from. Love the banners they have available for their bounces and slides. The delivery guys were polite and friendly despite the heat that day, and took time to show how the cotton candy machine worked. They had no problems making sure everything was set up properly, and inspected everything TWICE before going to their next delivery. These guys took pride in providing great service. Most important thing of all- my daughter and all of the kids had a blast. Hardest thing that day was trying to get them off the slide when our party ended. I will definitely be ordering from them again, and recommending Bounce4Fun to friends and coworkers of mine.

Great service not to mention I'm a last minute party planner and they were more than helpful! Set up was fast and they guys were friendly! I said I would use them again and here it is another rental within a month! Thanks for the great service I would definitely recommend this rental company!

Letie was very knowledgeable with all the materials and was available to answer any questions I had before the party. The day of the party the equipment was delivered on time and the men who came to set it up were quick and friendly. Pick up was also a breeze. In the future I will rent from Bounce 4 Fun again. My daughter told the delivery men, "this was the best day ever!" when they picked everything up!

We rented the pink combo wet with 4 tables and 24 chairs. Everything was clean and in great shape, was delivered as expected on time delivery and pickup. Great customer service over the phone and in person. We will definitely rent from Bounce 4fun in the future!!

Loved the service, extremely friendly and set up quickly. We had an issue with the weather and had to change the date at the last minute. Letty worked with us and was able to accommodate-wonderful customer service. Thank you!!! My grand daughters first birthday was wonderful.

5 stars because letty was so informative, helped with all my questions. I got a frozen themed bounce castle/slide combo for my daughter's second birthday, she and all the kids loved it. To my surprise there were obstacles inside the castle &a basketball hoop outside of the castle as well. I do live outside of San Antonio so there was a delivery fee, but for over 5 hours of castle time, it was worth the money. My package also included 2 tables & 12 chairs. Which helped a lot. Thank you so much letty! Will definitely rent from this business again, &have also recommended you to my family&friends. Also! The delivery guys were so nice, which I appreciated.

Excellent service!! I have ordered bounce houses twice from Bounce 4Fun and it has been a great experience both times. I love that they request a banner so that it can go with the theme of our party!! I am a loyal customer and will not rent from anyone else!!

Great service! Easy to contact and responds quickly to questions. We rented the 16 foot slide for our company's One Year Anniversary Celebration and it was a huge hit! All the kids had a blast. Delivery and set-up was quick and easy and they picked it up shortly after the event. Highly recommend!
