        Our first experience with Guy ...

        Our first experience with Guy Blumenthal was when my husband wanted to have a ring made for me honoring our 25rh Anniversary. He had some very specific features he wanted included and Guy was friendly and enthusiastic about helping my husband get exactly what he wanted.

        Our second encounter involved turning 7 strands of sapphire beads strung on cotton into a necklace that was safe to wear. Another jeweler had told me what I wanted to do was impossible to accomplish and would be prohibitively expensive. When I posed the problem to Guy, I could see the problem solving wheels turning. He excitedly presented some samples of gold chain to add to the necklace making my idea a possibility. Where the first jeweler had left me feeling stupid and ignorant in the complexities of jewelry design, Guy left me feeling creative and insightful in designing my own piece. I have worn it for many years with countless complements.



        Our next significant jewelry purchase was when our son and his fiance were going shopping for an engagement/wedding set for her and a wedding ring for him. We told them to go to Blumenthal's first and then shop in any other stores they wished. We knew Guy would treat them as well as any customer who might be spending a great deal more $$ than our kids. We also knew that many other stores would not give them the respectful treatment that Guy would. But going to these other stores armed with the secure knowledge that all customers deserve the intelligent, courteous treatment that Guy is so good at, helped them have the confidence to know the problem of their receiving poor treatment was not because of a problem with them but was because of the shortsightedness of the retailer. THANKS, GUY!!.
