I would not recommend this real estate company to anyone. The agents do to return your calls in a timely fashion. We just closed with Edie Pollin. She was by far the WORST agent we have ever delt with. She was "non techie" (direct quote from her) one example is returning a text message. She did not keep us notified on what was going on with our property, did not answer calls, said she never got our voicemails and the only thing I asked of her she could not provide. In my opinion she is not competent enough for this job. If you decide to use this company I would steer clear of Edie.
