"Customer care beyond compare" YEA RIGHT!!
My husband and I bought a car from them about 3 weeks ago. Not only did the sales guy clearly get aggravated with us because we were taking our time to think things over and decide, but they promised to fix a few things on the car we finally bought. They told us to call that following Monday to set an appointment to get them fixed. Well its been 2 weeks since and they keep sending us to different people to talk to and they say they will call us back. We have been given 4 different numbers to call and 4 different people to talk to and they all have said that they are not the person to talk to about it. This is NOT very good customer care!! Now apparently we are just waiting for the owner to call us back. Lets see how long that takes.
