My sons party was a huge hit! We got the King of Mountain bounce and it was large enough for all the kids to play at once. I even tried the slide and it was awesome!

Beware! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! This company is a bunch of swindlers and hustlers. HORRIBLE!
My daughter was having party and wanted to have a moon bounce. I called several places and the rates varied, however Bizzy Bounce had the lowest rate. When the guy on the phone told me the rate would be $160.00 and $180.00 with tax, I said "is that the total, wow that's great, other companies are charging more."
I called the morning of delivery to confirm the bounce and the office confirmed. The person on the phone asked me if I needed the moon bounce for the full 6 hours. I asked if there was a problem and she said they want to pick the bounce up as early as possible because the storm is coming. I said well if we finish early I will call you. I should have known this company was going to be UNPROFESSIONAL.
They delivered the bounce and I gave the delivery man $180.00 cash. Right away the office starts calling me and telling me I owe $50.00 extra for delivery and setup. I told the lady that I got a different quote when I called, she said " well we needed to add delivery and setup" and if I wanted the bounce I needed to give them the additional cash. I told her I didn't have any extra cash and would have to go back to the ATM. She became pushy and said give me a credit card or something. I convinced her to let me finish setting up the party and go to the ATM. I guess I didn't move fast enough and she comes during the party while kids are in the bounce and starts deflating the bounce. I tried to give her a credit card on the spot and she didn't want it. She said "the bounce is leaving". They kept all my money and my kids were so upset. NEVER EVER AGAIN. I should have known better.
