Rude. Rude. Rude. When you speak with anyone here you can tell they are completely and solely money motivated. No matter what your circumstance, all they care about is collecting your cash. Even after they impound your totaled stolen car, fail to notify you that they have it and then sell it at auction...they send you to collection 7 months later demanding an additional $1000 for STORAGE!?

They get a negative star from us but they expect to get at least one star to beable to post anything. That should tell us something right there. I was told a friends car was towed by Bills Towing and offered to take them on the weekend to retreive the car. She went to thier web site for hours and it said open 24 hours 7 days a week with no infor about the weekends are concidered to be after hours with a FEE!!!!!!!!!!! What a scam. I take them at face value witch for me word of mouth goes a long way. Bills Towing for me is not a option. Why do people and companies have to be shadey. Someone needs to investagate these kind of buisnesses. If anyone at Bills Towing read thier reviews we are telling you now at we are and have been looking into Bills Towing negative reviews by people like my friend that were not told and did not find out about the weekends are concidered to be after hours with FEES until we went on the weekend to pick up her car. We being, people that have LIED to and and BEEN UNINFORMED by the employees. Good luck to anyone that endures this company in any way. Thank you for the time you took to read this review. The woman I spoke with who was this rep, was rude ,loud, and either unaware of or dishonest about the laws of the land. She refused me any paperwork, and lied about my car. She seemed surprised that someone was even coming to redeem it and first appeared shocked with wide open eyes and quickle turned to a scowl with harsh loud tone out form her mouth.The person at the front desk of a company is the first impression most receive and if a business wants to look a certain way this should be reflected in this representative.I don't know what other employees are like but I do not want to find out. She was threatening and misinformed me of rules that are supposed to be followed. I will let you all know what the owner does to deal with this. If he is unaware then he has a right to know and correct the problem.
