My assigned attorney, Reta Price, went the extra mile in preparing and presenting my case to the administrative law judge. Her Diligent work was responsible in garnering a "Fully Favorable" decision from the judge resulting in a back-pay award of five and a half years.
I can now put all my medical bills behind me and get current on the rest of my debt. Daily symptoms remind me that I still have lupus, but I have peace of mind knowing that I can now afford all prescribed medication and treatment.
I appreciate all Bill Gordon and Assoc. has done to represent me in the matter of my disability, especially Ron Harris, Attorney. He was completely attentive to my disability needs and understanding with my limitations. I would surely recommend Ron Harris and all the staff at Bill Gordon and associates.
The services I received from Bill Gordon & Associates were Great. They make you feel like family. They care about you. The answered all questions, and I had full reinsurance that everything was okay. "no worry's at all". They handle everything for me. I would recommend Bill Gordon and Associates (firm) to everybody i know, family and Friends.
Bill Gordon & Associates represented me for over 2.5 years in a disability case. I heard from them all of 1 time, without me calling them first, before my hearing date.
I waited 4 years for a hearing which I only got because I contacted a Senator about the long wait. They would later claim that they got the date fixed and not me.
I was given a lawyer's name as representing me about 1.5 years in, spoke to her over the phone and then 6 months later was assigned to a new lawyer two weeks before my hearing. He called me the night before, told me everything looked great as far as my medical records and paperwork and also told me that he personally knew the judge so it was a lock that I'd win. He showed up 5 minutes before the hearing, introduced himself and left to speak with the judge. He came back to tell me that I would have to ammend my disability date to almost two years later. The hearing was a complete joke and having t pay a lawyer over $3500 for so little work was an even bigger joke.
Six months after my hearing I got a call out of the blue from Bill Gordon and Associates on a Friday at 5:30. The lady claimed that I still owed them $68 but could not or would not tell me why. She claimed that the bill was sent in January and I let me know that I had paid all my debts in March when I finally received the first of my disability back pay. She then changed her mind and said it was sent out in April and then said May and that I would have to immediately fax proof if I didn't want this reported to my credit report. At this point I'd had enough and told her to go ahead. Demanding someone provide proof by faxing receipt, seriously how many people have fax machines anymore, is wrong. So needless to say I received a letter from this company by the next Wednesday informing me that they were no longer representing me in my case. Oh and I found proof that I paid the $68 in April the day I got the bill.
Anyone thinking of hiring this company, save yourself the headache and find a local disability lawyer. All Bill Gordon & Associates do is farm your case out to a lawyer in their network. Do it yourself and things will go much much easier for you.
I hired Bill Gordon & Associates for my SSDI case after the initial denial..I mailed all medical records ,and everything they asked for.. You can imagine my suprise when the 2nd denial came to me because none of the info I provided ever got sent to SS. Not only that but these fools didnt bother to mail of the Federal form I signed naming them as my Attys...if I had won the appeal they wouldnt have gotten a dime! A second class operation if I ever saw one..Now Ive hired a local firm & get to enjoy another 1 year wait for my 2nd appeal...Thanks Bill & asses...you sure did me wrong.btw the cat is whining at your office in DC..you dont deserve a rating.
I thought when you hired a lawyer they actually did the work. This company did nothing. I got denied ss. And come to find out they didn't most of my medical records they needed. I had to go pay for my medical records and send them in myself! Not very professional at all. I had to do most of the work.
Great Service from teh Start to the end!
I think the service provided by Bill Gordon & Associates was excellent. I worried at first since they are based half way across the country from me, but they found an attorney close to me and she did a very good job and kept me informed every step of the way and explained my options to me in a way that was very easy to understand.
I was happy to find someone who could help me and my son, who is disabled and make his life better.
I would like to start by saying jason Cook is an asset to the Bill Gordon firm. I would have to say I didn't like the idea of an out of state firm to handle my case but BGA came up to bat and hit a homerun! I thought I could handle it myself too but jason's key questions made the difference in my eyes, Thanks so much for being there when it really matters.
I was very pleased with the service and the amount of time that it took.
Rip Off!!! Lies, mistakes, and paperwork you could do better yourself!
The service was exceptional! All the attorneys were professional and courteous. My lawyer was vey people oriented and provided me with personal attentiona and she was easy to access, The whole process was easy to follow and everyone was knowledgeable.
The service from Bill Gordon & Associates was outstanding and I have two friends that have already gotten in touch the firm and are now represented by them.
Bill Gordon & Associates came through for me when I needed help so desperately. Even though my pain continues on a daily basis It is nice to know that I can go to the doctor and receive treatment for my pain and discomforts.
Bill Gordon & Associates did a great job. I was expecting this to be a long process, and it really went by quick. When I had questions they always called back and took the time to explain things. I'm very happy with their service and have even recommended them to a friend.
I don't think I would have won my case without Bill Gordon & Associates. I have fought for so many years. A lot of my family members told me to give up and i would, and would lie to get a job. But I thought I would try one more time to get assistance, this time with a great attorney on my side. They never game up on me like others have done!
Excellent all around. Very professional, very nice. You made what other lawyers viewed as complicated seem simple. In other words, you made it look easy. Thank you very much.
