Buyer Beware! I can only state this on my own experience dealing with new owner Roger Miller. On February 15th 2015, I inquired about getting my truck towed to Bill Carpenters shop to do some diagnostics on fuel injectors. On March 10th Mr Miller texted me he was finally going to pick up truck that was at Simmons-Rockwell in Bath. I called few days later to see what came up with. The truck had a miss fire & he told me that he was going to look into what it was. The next day I stopped at Bill Carpenters Service to see what they found out. Roger found a malfunctioned push rod causing the issue. I asked if there was another likely damage, he stated he didn't think so. Few days later I called him to see where we are at, he stated he pulled the engine out of truck. (he said it probably needs rebuilt h) I wasn't happy he decided to pull engine without permission. Feeling helpless I asked for a written Quote . To this day Roger Miller has refused to give me a written quote. On September 16th 2016. I stopped by Bill Carpenters Service to get a promised written quote only to find out Roger Miller wasn't there. I waited at front counter for approximately 10 minutes calling out hello, hello. I could hear a baby crying in back office room, someone had to be near. I went into shop found the nearest employee inquired about my truck. The gentleman pointed over to corner, so I went to see found my engine under cover with all new parts installed? I went out side called Mr Roger Miller said I seen my engine with new parts what the heck is going on? I didn't authorize you to do anything. I've been requesting a written quote at least dozen times. Mr Miller then in a threatening voice said (this is what I'm going to do, I am rebuilding the engine the way I want, putting truck back together & i'm going to give you a bill for whatever I come up with. And put a mechanics lien on it till its paid, And if I don't watch it I'm going to tack storage fee as well. I told Roger that I just
