After wasting a day trying to get rid of a virus I started calling around. No one in Milford responded to my messages. I called Brian at 8:30AM and he picked up the phone!! We discussed my problem and he gave me a flat rate, came out that evening and had the beast back in less than 24hrs. He had continue to answer questions and email.
Needed help on a Fri night - got immediate response and relevant questions to inquire about what was happening w/ my system. Rec'd a quote for 24 hr & 48 hr svc. PC was picked up and delivered back quite quickly, w/ a call advising me in the meantime re status. I am a Realtor and depend on my PC to work perfectly 24/7.
