        Positive : Nice phone personnel. Negative: They lied to us about ordering a part for our appliance. They lied about being able to track it's delivery, because they said (several times) it was being shipped UPS and you can track or call to trace every UPS delivery. They made us wait 4 days without hot water without telling us it hadn't been ordered. I asked them to call us on the fourth day one way or another so I would know if we needed to make arrangements to bathe elsewhere, but they didn't even though they said they would. Poor customer service. Woulda understood if they would have just been honest. Ended up buying a new heater---and will never call these people again.
