Place is a joke! Cant diagnose anything, its just a guessing game to them at YOUR expense! Don't think i'd trust them with an oil change...

I took my Jeep Liberty in for a tune up becuase it was running teriible. They got it taken care of in less than a day. I was very fortunate because most all the other shops said it would take 3-5 days. Thanks for your work and dedication!!

Go anywhere other than Auto-Medics! They are extremely unprofessional and rude.

People at front desk were very rude.There prices were extremely high would not have them come within 20 miles of my car

I have recently bought a car from Auto Medics.I have had nothing but problems with it.They do not back up there warranties and would not recommend to any one

I was driving from Springfield Mo to St Joseph to start school.My car broke down outside of Platte City Mo.I didn't know anybody in St.Joseph so I got Auto Medics phone number out of phone book.They towed my car to their shop and told me I needed a new transmission.It cost over 3500 dollers for the tow and labor.The car wasn't starting right so my boyfriend came down the next week and said they hooked the battery up wrong so I would think something else was wrong and take it back and the trasmission wasn"t the problem I think they saw a female away from her family and decided to take advantage of that

Customer service very poor. The mechanics will try to tell u something is wrong with you car when there is not.Have personally experienced very shady behavor and have heard horror stories about this company
