The claim was opened on 9/22/23. After searching for an independent Appraiser I found and Hired Auto Appraiser on 11/30/23 regarding a lowball offer for my truck with a claim Progressive Insurance. I spoke with Ms. Jennifer who was extremely helpful and sweet. They (Travis and the rest of the team) immediately started working on my claim. The not only did an Appraisal but communicated with Progressive on my behalf. I received the Fair Market Letter from them on 12/18/23. Progressive had offered right at $9,100.00. Auto Appraiser settlement was $ 4,000.00 more than Progressives offer! Listen to me when I tell you, I’m not getting paid to leave this review, this company. They were through, expedient, and extremely professional. I would give them 10 stars were it possible.
If you’re looking for an independent appraisal, Please call them. Save yourself from the headache of trying to deal with you auto insurance company. Kudos to the entire team. Can’t say enough good things about Auto Appraiser Inc.

Hiring Auto Appraise was easily one of the best decisions I've ever made. Jennifer was super knowledgeable, communicative and exceeded my expectations. I've never had to hire an independent appraiser before so I was very nervous and didn't know what to expect. After totaling my car and fighting for 4 weeks to get my insurance company to offer me the fair market value of my vehicle, I was getting nowhere. My car was 20 yrs old and a rare model that was hard to find comparables for but I knew what my insurance was offering was WAY too low. Within just 1 minute of talking with Jennifer I knew she was someone I could trust to get me a fair and accurate appraisal, and skillfully and competently negotiate on my behalf. I had a collector car that had stated value insurance with Progressive. Progressive went very lowball on the value, and due to the scarcity of the car and the age/mileage it was impossible to find comps that would support my case. Auto Appraise was quick to respond to my case and for a very reasonable price did my appraisal and then did the negotiation with the Progressive Appraiser and settled the claim at almost 5 times what Progressive offered (reflecting the true value of the car). I would use this group for any project, not just after an accident but also to ensure that my coverage is validated and documented in advance for any future needs. Could not recommend more highly, a class act.

I was very concerned about buying a 50 year old vehicle sight unseen. My wife didn't understand why hiring Auto Appraise would be helpful. After viewing the video and seeing the quality and depth of pictures we were both impressed. Jason (the owner) did a great in-depth review of the car I was interested in. I would like to thank Jason and his team for the exceptional work they do for people who can't put their own eyes on the possible investment they are looking to purchase. My son has been looking for the ideal square body Chevy ever since he got his license and when it came down to a couple that he liked we were given an extensive list of people to go and inspect vehicles for out of state purchasers. Going through the list I noticed that Jason had a Youtube channel so I checked it out and while I was watching one of his inspections my son came home from work and asked what I was watching so I told him it was one of the people on the list I was given. So we watch a couple more and Jake ( my son ) said dad I want him to do the inspection I said it might be pricey but he didn't care he said that is what we would do if it were close enough for us to go but times 10. Even though we didn't go with that truck Jason was still available to help with the one he did buy telling us all of the little things to ask and look for that the average guy wouldn't think about doing. Thank you for everything and going above and beyond your work is priceless in our eyes. I will pay what ever the price to have Jason inspect my next purchase even if it is close enough for me to look at myself. This is the Truck he decided on purchasing this is his investment.

It feels difficult these days to find a company with a great customer centric approach but Auto Appraise is one of those exceptions. I cannot stress how professional, responsive & authentic this company was to deal with (i dealt with Jennifer Bell). The outcome was even more impressive where the team were able to secure $13k (yes 13 THOUSAND!!!) more than the insurance were originally willing to pay out for a totaled but somewhat unique Subaru STI. Dont hestitate....give them a call.

This is a highly skilled and experienced professional vehicle appraiser. He has a background of doing appraisals for million dollar + vehicles, and complex court & probate cases. Very impressive knowledge of specialty vehicles.

I don’t often write reviews, however I really felt compelled to write these folks a good review. I can’t ever remember having such a wonderful customer service experience. These guys mean business! They took my info did the appraisal and I received it back the next day. Knowing it would be a week before I got it done i was prepared to wait. Jennifer did not disappoint. She is absolutely wonderful to deal with, explained everything to me and kept in touch via email til it was done. I can’t say enough about this company. I highly recommend them. Jennifer responded to my 2am inquiry at 10:19 the next morning,answered all my questions,even reviewed my valuation report & my own research before taking the case,&very honestly shared that while I might net a little more than the initial offer,the difference in valuations was close enough that the settlement might not be worth it.I didn't much like my insurance's take it or leave it attitude after 25+ years of loyalty,&was battling them over another vehicle,so we moved forward. Once I supplied the necessary paperwork & paid the invoice (which took some doing because it went to spam first, but we worked together to find that),Travis hopped right on the job&had a detailed&thorough appraisal done in a few days.Jennifer made prompt contact with their original appraiser,who then dropped off the map. Nearly 50 emails&6 wks later, through a truly comedic process with my insurance (changed claims reps without notifying me,new claims rep called to find out where the car was-in their storage lot-their appraiser went AWOL-the claims rep has since asked me 2 more times if I have the car&where it is), AutoAppraise hooked up with the new appraiser, and the process went off without a hitch from there. I ended up with $2000 more than the offer & only $1000 less than the appraisal, so even with fees I was still ahead $1300, & I learned a lot about the process, which we used to net $5000 more on my other car (another comedy of errors). And to think I didn't even know about the appraisal clause before this... The professionalism displayed by Jennifer (staying on top of both cars through all the hiccups -assuring me they weren't normal- & 3 of my own family crises-including my own hospitalization), Angel (promptly sent me copies of my receipts when I couldn't find the third charge on my statement), &Travis (who provided TWO awesome appraisals) through this process has been outstanding & in stark contrast to that displayed by my insurance. Do it again with them? A resounding YES!
