Auto Appraise provided us with an excellent service and reliable information that allowed us to make our decision . My husband and I purchased a 1970 Chevy Chevelle, Auto Appraise produced a report and inspection in record time. In addition, they provided us with youtube videos to view the vehicle, this video was very helpful since the vehicle was located in another state from where we reside. WOW best money I ever spent. Thanks to Autumn, Jason and the inspector for their excellent service and in-depth knowledge.
I called them up after seeing videos that they had done on YouTube for a 1976 Cadillac Eldorado convertible, just the car I was looking for. Found one in California (I'm in Canada) and they dispatched an inspector who came to look at the car, jack it up and take nearly 300 photos. They were able to depict more accurately the physical condition of the car so that I could see all the wear, dents, scratches not to mention the poor re-spray the car had. I also paid for an appraisal from autoappraise which informed me that in its current condition with its issues, the car was worth $4k less than the sellers asking price that I was ready to pay for -- thanks for saving me from a purchase that would have surely cost me thousands more $ in the near future!

I just finished a restoration on a 68 Camaro, and was really hoping I'd come out on top! I called Auto Appraise for an appraisal. Jennifer in the office was very helpful, and was able to get an inspection set up asap. I'm sure they see dozens of these things a year, but the inspector really took his time with the photographs and looking over the car. I got an appraisal packet with all the info I needed, including some photos of the vehicle, and I was very happy with the value! A great company with excellent staff!

I was suprised on the information on your website of the number of people that do not purchase the vehicle after the appraisal is complete. After reviewing the report and viewing the pictures, I withdrew from the deal. The seller had misrepresented the vehicle, i.e. 10 bolt differential vs 12 bolt advertised and good running cruiser vs engine hesitates, back fires, and has major oil leak. The service you provided was well worth the money. The search continues.

Recently I was looking at a classic car on Ebay that happened to be quite far away from where I live. The owner has described the car in great detail, and took some excellent pictures which made the car seem perfect. Even after talking to the owner on the phone, I was 100% confident this was the car for me. Nonetheless, I knew it was never a good idea to buy a car without having a professional look over the car first. I found Auto Appraise online, and was very impressed from the start with how the inspection was handled. Jason went out of his way to inspect the car on the owner's tight schedule and produced an amazingly detailed report with hundreds of pictures showing many defects and contradictions to the original ad on Ebay. We also discovered the car was not the model advertised, and the engine block casting number Jason pulled from the engine was actually for a 327ci, not a 350ci as the owner had advertised. Thanks to these major findings, along with a lot of other issues uncovered, Jason saved me about $7,000 from over-spending on a car that was really not very special and would never be worth the amount for which I almost paid. In the end owner refused to lower the price, or admit that he had misrepresented the car, so I walked away from the deal. I lost a deposit with the owner, and the amount of the appraisal, but I saved many more times that amount compared to being stuck with a car I overpaid for that needed a lot of work. I have since purchased the perfect 100% original number matching classic car near my home, and could not be happier thanks to Jason's professionalism and expertise.

Talked with Jason on the phone, and he was extremely helpful. He explained the in's and out's of getting an independant appraisal to challenge a lowball insurance company appraisal.
He spent a lot of time on the phone with me, even though he knew I wasnt likely to need an additional appraisal. HIGHLY recommended!
I had a sienna 10 totaled by the insurance company. The initial offer for settlement was very low. I hired Auto Appraise to deal with the appraisal process. The inspector, and everyone involved on my inspection, did a very thorough job, with photos and an in depth analysis. Based on Auto Appraise’s report on my car and the appraised value that they arrived at, made my decision to take the next step and fly to where the car was located. I saw and drove the car and made the purchase. Not being an aficionado of cars the professional job done by Auto Appraise was invaluable. I highly recommend them.

After a year of searching I finally found my dream car, but it was 800 miles away and I needed to have the car looked at by a professional - something I am not! I found Auto Appraise, and after speaking with Jason and Autumn I decided to have them inspect my car. Within days, they had inspected the car inside and out, tested the paint, engine, electronics and taken the car for a long test drive. Jason even recorded the test drive and put it up on YouTube so I could ride along with him - a great feature! I received over 340 photos and a seven page detailed written report. I proceeded with the purchase with confidence even though I had not personally seen the car. Oh, and a number of "issues" with the car that Jason found were corrected before I bought. These people do a fine job in my opinion. They spend the time necessary and charge a reasonable fee.
My nine-page inspection report was accompanied by 270 photos and a short video. I had few questions after reviewing it. I'll use them again if the occasion arises.

Jason did an inspection for me on a 1970 Chevelle SS. He did a great job, sent more pictures than I was expecting, took more time with me on the phone than I was expecting, and his staff, including Autumn, were all very nice and professional.
