The Attic 911 Services has provided great customer service experience for me. I contacted them to get my attic reinsulated on my house and crawl spaces...he came that same day to inspect the attic and to show me the options that were available. The following day he was here cleaning and gutting out all of the old insulation if you can still call it that since it was old and flat like a pancake..the whole job took him about two days..I would highly recommend them to all my friends and will hire them again without hesitation.

We called Attic 911 Services to help us as we had rats in our attic crawlspace and needed some help. Nickolas came to discuss what Attic 911 Services would do, and we were impressed with the amount of time and patience he demonstrated so that we would know exactly what would be done. The job was fairly complicated...attic crawlspace was cleared and inspected for rats, sanitized and all insulation was removed. Rodent proofing was done in the crawlspace as well as with all outside vents and those near the roof. I was impressed with how the workers took great care to put up plastic sheeting to protect our walls, carpets and try to prevent dust from going into the rest of our house. New insulation was installed and traps were set just in case there were other rats in the attic. Ducts under the house were removed and replaced by Rose, Eric and Nickolas, and they did a very good job as well as placing a vapor barrier underneath the house. The workers were always courteous and informative. We were very pleased with their professionalism and hard work.

He even advised that some of the services I've had were not necessary. Surprisingly, he didn't even try to over-charge us. The team was professional and courteous. A month ago we started to hear really bad noises from our attic. Our house is old so we deceided to checked with few different companies and eventually decided to go with Attic 911. Ryan came for our initial inspection, he was super professional and he gave us a lot of information and he also took a pictures from the attic and he showed us what's going on there. he did great job explaining us the process. The following week Ryan and his crew (4 people total) came on time to do the job. They started early in the morning and finished late afternoon. They cover the whole house with plastic so nothing will get dirty in the process. everyone in the crew were very nice and friendly. After a week Ryan came for a follow up inspection and showed us pictures from the new green attic. we are so relieved to have this problem solved and to be able to sleep again at night.
