at&t is great company good service good people.
As a middle aged adult, I have done business with many companies in many parts of the country and I am completely frustrated with AT &T. Many years ago, they provided great service so I decided to sign up with them when I moved to Orlando. This has been the WORST business experience I have ever had in my life. They have promised for 6months to correct our service plan. They reduced the service but have continued to charge us for the inflated services for 6 months. Having called each month and been promised it was corrected (I know - way too long to give them the benefit of the doubt), we will allow them to disconnect and try to get the money.... We have document ed every contact, every name we have spoken to, every date, and they continue to do this. Very poor business practice, very poor customer service, and I strongly recommend you used ANYONE else. They would have to be better! Want to give zero stars, but it will not allow me to do it!
