I don't know how to rate their internet…

I don't know how to rate their internet service since they have yet to show up and install it!

We are a business, moved into Concord CA in January and have been trying to get Astound to show up and install what should be a very lucrative service for our business.

Multiple phone calls from multiple people to our 'account executive' and no suitable response.

We'll be astounded (sic) when they do decide to install our service.

Hard to believe but their customer service may even be worse than Comcast and that is tough to do!
