Aspen Dental in Brighton, MI My experience at Aspen Dental was almost equivalent to what Indigo said below. What I want to tell people is also NEVER go to Aspen Dental chain. Even if this is only dental office in your area which accepts HMO that has very limited network. Better to go little out of your area and find somebody else. The office manager at this Aspen Dental is such a bad person who tries to charge me fo... view moreLike this review?Yes|Flag Abuse

Aspen dental in Poughkeepsie, NY removed my teeth did 1/4 of the work they agreed to do. Gave me appointments 2 plus months apart. When I inquired about work that "they" said needed attention, they gave me nothing but double talk. After my last visit, which once again was suppose to be for a large cavity filling ( it had been 1 year! ) I was told a tooth was being removed! When I got upset after hearing about a tooth... view moreLike this review?Yes|Flag Abuse
My first consult visit went well. Took a little too long for my lunch hour (2 hours), but staff was very nice. They apparently do a consult/xrays on a separate appointment from your cleaning, which I didn't realize when making my initial appointment. They were upfront with all costs. Looking forward to my cleaning. I no longer have dental insurance, so that's why I'm having to change providers. My teeth are in great ... view moreLike this review?Yes|Flag Abuse
I had never heard of Aspen Dental before, but with the grand opening of the Oneonta location, I decided to give it a shot and go in for dental checkup. I ended up having a horrible experience, so I went online to get some more information about this chain. Turns out they are notorious for being very unprofessional, as well as inventing imaginary problems, suggesting procedures you don’t need, billing you for services... view moreLike this review?Yes  (1)|Flag Abuse

Very dissatisfied with Aspen Dental. Charged me $2,600.00 for a cleaning, 2 crowns and to pull one tooth. The tooth they pulled up swelled up, was in major pain and bled for 2 day. When I called they said just put more gauze in. Called again to say 2 pieces of the tooth are still in there. Well let's see what the dentist says they said. It may be bone. Will have to be dug out, oh, I don't think so! Will look ... view moreLike this review?Yes  (1)|Flag Abuse
