Ashley Phosphate Auto

Only place I take my cars.
I live over 30 miles from Ashley Phosphate Auto, but I'm a stickler for good customer service and get it there. I would recommend this business to anybody as I've always been treated with fairness and they are not trying to tell you that you need this and that done with your car just to get you to spend more money like a lot of chain repair places do. Take your car there and find out yourself what a awesome service you get.

My Husband and I are from Knoxville, TN and were on vacation in Charleston. The last thing that we expected was to have car trouble. We took it to Wal-Mart, and they recommended Ashley Phosphate Automotive. They were so friendly and cared about us. The whole crew there was so helpful, and was not costly at all. I would recommend them to anybody. Thanks!

I don't even live in the Charleston area anymore and I still go to these guys! I spent over 15 years in the broadcasting business in Charleston and Jimmy Kratzer and his crew were loyal to me when I switched positions on the dial with their advertising dollars. They're just as loyal to their customers and the vehicles they work on. Jimmy and his crew will treat you as if you were an aunt or uncle or brother. Car doesn't need that work done? They won't do it. Really want to make that thing last a few more years? If they recommend it be done, you can bet they'd be giving the same advice to their nieces and nephews if it were their car.
