Do not have doubts when dealing with these guys. You can rely on them, ARS/Rescue Rooter are professionals. I called this company about a month ago because some problems with my air conditioning system they showed on time inspected the problem and in a matter of minutes solved it. I just love watching professionals doing there job. Highly recommended!

VERY DISSATISFIED!!! I chose them b/c of the Super Pages Guarantee. But don't be fooled as I was. You have to REGISTER for the guarantee to be effective. And this company gets around the guarantee by not charging labor. They use "flat rate" pricing which means they calculate the most difficult circumstance to replace a particular part, add that to the price of the part and that's what you pay, even if your unit is much easier to fix. I paid $209 for a $5 part! Unless you have money to burn I suggest you call another service!

Arrived within expected time, very courteous technician and very thorough. Explained the problem with my airconditioning and what had to be done to fix it. Also explained the costs involved. I am very satisifed with the work completed. A bit expensive, but "you get what you pay for".
