Horrible. I was informed by mail last year (2014), that my health insurance policy would be changing without my authorization. I assumed it was because of changes with mandated government requirements. The letter indicated that I would continue receiving bills. I did not receive any bills after June 1st. I called 6 weeks later to find out where my bill was. I was informed that my policy was cancelled due to non payment and COULD NOT BE REINSTATED! So, because of their mistake, I was left without insurance. I was forced to spend an entire day on the phone until someone at the company could talk to me and straighten it out. It got reinstated and then I stop getting bills again after 11/05/2014. It was not lost in the mail either. I logged into my account online with Anthem and the last statement shown is from 11/05/2014. When you call them, no one seems to know what they are doing.
