Garden Homes have been created for the independent resident who wants the freedom to come and go, but desires the amenities that accompany living in a specially designed community.Our Assisted Living Apartments are available in a variety of floor plans, furnished and decorated as you so desire, making a familiar and comfortable atmosphere where family members and friends can visit. Our residents enjoy the company of their neighbors while enjoying three meals a day offered in our restaurant-style dining rooms. There are many opportunities to participate in social activities, scheduled transportation to shopping, restaurants and appointments. New Energy Wellness offers a unique program designed to improve your current fitness level and give you more energy than you’ve felt in years. The New Energy Wellness Program exposes seniors to a series of exercise programs designed to build balance, vigor, and ability in everyday life.Our Moving Forward Rehabilitation program is designed for those striving to restore abilities lost due to stroke, cardiovascular difficulties, orthopedic surgery and other debilitating conditions. Programs vary in frequency and intensity and include physical, occupational and speech/language therapies. Our goal is to return our participants home safely with the skills they need to continue life on their own terms.Our Auguste's Cottage Memory Care is a structured, research-based program utilizing the social model philosophy of care. We care for our residents by making them feel at home, rather than in an institutional setting. Excellent healthcare is always provided, but quality of life is our primary focus.Our Skilled Nursing Care is designed to provide compassionate care to those recovering from stroke, heart attack, orthopedic conditions or other disabilities.Long Term Care is a great option for those who can no longer be cared for at home due to illness, injury, frailty, or other limitations. Under the guidance of an attending physician, Long Term Care is provided by licensed nurses, specially trained health care aide and a full interdisciplinary care team. Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapies are also available to ensure our long term care residents function at the highest level of independence as possible. Respite stays are an option for those who need care on a short term basis. This allows home caregivers the ability to travel, start a new job, recuperate from an illness, or pursue other interests. Many find respite stays the perfect option for recovery from surgery or hospitalization.Hospice is designed to provide comfort, care and pain relief for those facing terminal illness. We partner with Hospice companies to offer comprehensive services including skilled nursing care, respite care, spiritual and bereavement counseling, medical equipment and supplies, social services, and pharmacy services.Services and amenities may vary per location..
