        I'm just writing this review so I can see the other user reviews, I have not worked or dealt with American Family Insurance and I'm just trying to see if they would be an ok agency to have car insurance through

        Very horrible customer service and very unprofessional. I have turned this company into the BBB. If you need insurance then try Allstate or State Farm.

        I do not have American Family but I have dealt with them for an insurance claim. By far the worst experience I have had with any Insurance carrier. They refuse to make the claim whole, and have become unresponsive to requests.
