        Allen Designs generally prepares construction documents for various projects. Most of these projects are new, commercial and industrial structures. Most of Allen Designs' clients are architects, although we enjoy working directly with contractors and, on a rare occasion, with the building owner. Our "niche" To describe the project that is best suited for Allen Designs, the easiest way would be as follows: The project that is too large for the residential engineer (who doesn't have E&O insurance or a significant amount of commercial experience) but is too small for a big firm because the project engineer there doesn't have enough experience. Once you've visualized that project, you've visualized the perfect Allen Designs project.
