DON'T DO IT! BEWARE!!! They called two days before our move and told us that they would not be coming. Then they called and said they would. Then another manager called said they weren't coming THE DAY THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE. They explained that they would keep trying and that our contract said we had to wait to see if they could deliver. We were so stressed that we finally hired a Penske truck and loaded it ourselves. After all of that, they stole our deposit and said that we cancelled on them. Really? We ended up paying double for our move and had the most stressful experience of our lives. They are great at selling and promises on the front end, but when they fail to deliver, no one will even take your calls. We have since learned that reputable companies don't take deposits. This company is just a middle man. They might be able to subcontract the move in the agreed timeline, they might not. Once you give your deposit, you are at their mercy. We wish we would have researched further and read the reviews on yelp and all over the web.
