Overall

Alhambra cannot get it right in any fashion. Every time I have contacted them, they have failed to make the corrections needed. Even after I have communicated effectively and the service agent has assured me that the problem (whatever it may be at that time) will be corrected, they do the exact opposite of what they were supposed to do.

Most recently, I terminated my account. I scheduled a pick up for 11/24. They "made a note" for the delivery person to call me and let me know what time he would be coming...I would NOT be able to wait all day for a water guy. THEY DID NOT PICK UP THE COOLER.

We moved from our address by 12/3. They still had not picked it up. Now, it is 12/12 and I have gotten the runaround from the customer service department who INSISTS they open my account again, change the address and then pick-up. This company has made so many errors, I do not trust them to open up my account and allow further issues. They say this is protocol.

However, protocol was they they were to pick up the equipment scheduled. They take no accountability for their errors and would like ME to accommodate them--again, because it is company protocol.

I asked to speak with a manager and was given more B.S. Charleen (Service Agent) talks to a manager and says she is sending that manager an email with all the information and the manager will get back to me in 1-1.5 hours. I ask her CC me on the email. She cannot because, Yes, you guessed it, company protocol.

Then she puts me on hold for the 6th time, comes back saying that she spoke to another manager and I would get a call within 24 hours now. She would not admit that she changed the time frame on me. With every call or interaction with this company there is frustration on my part, and errors on theirs.

I WILL UPDATE THIS REVIEW ONCE I HEAR BACK FROM THE MANAGER. (I suspect the update will be as unfavorable as this iteration.)
