Don't call them, they act like they don't want or need business. Their answering system tells you to press 1 and then says "sorry we don't respond, bye" or something to that effect. I would tell my friend to call a company who either5 actually answered theeir phone, or at least will act like they want your business. rated POOR !!!!! This business deserves a star rating of "WE ARE RICH AND WE DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS" !!!!

Horrible Company - DO NOT USE.
The workers showed up at my house and did not even introduce themselves, just asked where my unit was..continued to scream at each other as they worked on my ac unit. Left with my ac coil to clean it out and dripped dirty water all over my carpet and floor, returned 30 minutes later and just walked in my front door without knocking or ringing the door bell, did not respond when confronted, after fixing my unit they argued with me over the charge for 5 minutes, as it was under my home warranty and had I had already paid the service fee. I then go upstairs to check if they had left it a mess - they had broken the drain pipe on my ac unit, did not replace it and threw all the trash and broken pipe in the ac closet and in the vent area. They had the vent down, so it was bent to pieces where they had walked and knelt on it to where it wouldn't close correctly. I called the office, he said he would send the owner out to fix the pipe - an hour later my front door again is opened by the service worker - I am standing in my kitchen with 5 kids in my house, who this guy scared to death, I confront him and am very mad at this point on why is he entering my house without knocking or ringing my door bell - h proceeds to tell me &amp;quot;I thought you knew we were coming back&amp;quot; walks right by me and up my stairs. I again call the office, am again told the owner will call me back - I go upstairs and ask him what he is doing and why he walked into my house that way, he tells me &amp;quot;if you have an issue call my boss, I'm done here&amp;quot; and leaves. Again I called the office, got the owners cell phone and had to call him myself. He tells me he has chewed them out and will come check their work. He shows up, checks the work, says he is just &amp;quot;tweaking&amp;quot; things when in reality he was fixing where they did it wrong - then he tells me - unfortunately I don't have enought employees to punish him at all, so I'm sorry he did that... He told me he would look into refunding my $60 service fee and would call me back. After not hearing from him from 5pm on 9/13 to 11am on 9/14 I called him back - was told he will not refund my money, he said &amp;quot;sorry, there is nothing he can do and that my complaint will not hurt his business at all&amp;quot;
