I will never, ever, come here again. I have insurance that covers my entire visit. And yet I get charged without my knowledge for a bill that my insurance "didn't cover". Why doesn't your billing department call and ask what's going on? I didn't receive one call or letter in the mail. They require a credit card on file and can charge it at any time. Buyer beware. I'd been freaking out about my swollen clavicle I've noticed for a few days. Icing it didn't help. The internet tells you it could be anything from dislocation, to swollen lymph nodes, or you're dying from lymphoma.
