Accelerated Urgent Care

Great place! Been here many times for different illness and injury! Always see very fast, even without an appointment! All these people complaining about being charged on top of their insurance need to get better insurance! I have never been charged! My latest visit was for a ongoing sore throat. They did a lab and was neg for strep. They gave me antibiotics and sent me home. Later that evening the pain intensified ten fold. Went back and they saw me right away. Was given 3 shots. They did not bill my insurance for the second visit! The best part is that the doctor I saw called me the next day (Sunday) just to see how I was doing! Great Service and nice staff! 5 Stars!!

I will never, ever, come here again. I have insurance that covers my entire visit. And yet I get charged without my knowledge for a bill that my insurance "didn't cover". Why doesn't your billing department call and ask what's going on? I didn't receive one call or letter in the mail. They require a credit card on file and can charge it at any time. Buyer beware. I've been here many times and never have had any problems with my insurance not covering anything. I will never return.

We went there after getting no answers or resolution from Advanced Womens Health Center. We were greeted by friendly staff & explained the full price as we paid cash. Meet with Dr Massihi who explained all of the process & asked many questions are my daughter was experiencing great pain. He also ordered additional test to rule out other possiblities, but we needed to return for further testing. Dr. Massihi also called the next to follow up & see how my daughter was doing. We returned 3 days later and were seen by Dr Erickson who was just as thorough & complete in all testing & questions. He even called in the next hour after our departure with lab results at 9:30pm.....My daughter is headed back to school in another state but he assured us any information needed he would make the next place of care would have access to it. Again I would highly recommend this urgent care to all of friends & family. Staff all around was very friendly, professional & caring.

My two year old started screaming with an ear infection at 10 pm, on a Friday night, while we were visiting family in Bakersfield. We are from out of state so i didn't know any Drs. I just started calling every after hours in the area, hoping to avoid a long and expensive trip to the ER. I called Accelerated Urgent Care and even after hours, a Dr. answered the phone. They had already been closed for 20 minutes but the Dr. told me to come in. He saw my son the moment we arrived. What a life saver! Thank you so much for saving our trip to grandmas!

I'd been freaking out about my swollen clavicle I've noticed for a few days. Icing it didn't help. The internet tells you it could be anything from dislocation, to swollen lymph nodes, or you're dying from lymphoma. I went there on a Friday night....nobody was there....got right in...they have xray machine ON PREMISES. They took an xray for me, and told me it was just dislocated. The doc tried to put it back in position for me, which didn't quite work, but he gave it the ole college try. He said come back in a couple weeks if it hadn't self resolved or if it got worse, and he'd recommend an orthopedic surgeon.



We didn't have insurance, and they gave us a modest discount.

Be ready to pay a large bill after your insurance pays. They charge way to much so your stuck with a bill months later after you insurance pays there part. Don't go!!!!!

Accelerated Urgent Care was amazing! The wait time was very brief and the physician was caring and efficient! I would recommend this facility to everyone!
