rented a tent for my wedding and they didn't have the correct amount of tables/chairs. the glasses were broken and linens stained. The guy argued with me at my dress rehearsal and then stormed off in his truck with his barking aggressive dogs. they may be cheaper but you get what you pay for. They also charged me for a crate they said I didnt return (why would i keep a crate!?) and said since they didnt have it to pack the glasses, they all broke, so I had to pay for those too. what a nightmare!!!

This customer was wonderful to work with up until her set up day. She called stating she needed another string of lights for her tent, and that she sent our crew back with some tables & chairs she didn't need, and wanted them removed from her final bill. We sent someone out on a 2½ hour drive to deliver and set up the light string. Approximately ½ hour after she sent the crew back with the extra tables & chairs, she decided she did need them, so we ended up delivering those to her as well. As for the crate of glasses, every customer is responsible as agreed. If everything would have been returned, there would not have been a charge. Finally, when we collected the check for the final payment, she wrote the correct amount due in the box, but wrote another amount on the line, causing issues with our bank. This was a very dishonest move. For the last 15 years, we at ABO Tents strive to help make our clients see their wedding reception dreams come true! We went out of our way by making extra deliveries for this client, and not charging her any delivery fees. The fact that this lady purposely tried to cheat us with her check speaks a lot of her character.
