Able Plumbing and Electric has the greatest technicians! Duston R. just came out and quickly diagnosed and repaired my plumbing problem. Both toilets and 1 tub were backed up. DANG!! But Duston was prompt (was here within 1.5 hours of my initial call), and had the diagnosis and entire job done within 1.5 hours. He’s also professional and a heck-of-a-nice guy!! 5 stars well-deserved! Thank you!

I have used Able Plumbing since 1994 and have always been very satisfied with their service. I left a message Saturday I had a non-emergency plumbing problem and shortly after 8AM Monday morning they called to say a plumber would arrive before noon. Alex F was on time, very professional and quickly resolved the problem. This is the kind of customer service I know I can always expect from Able Plumbing and why I continue to use them.

I selected Able because they came highly recommended by trusted friends. And it was apparent why — Everything was expertly accomplished (assessing the problem/solution was key) plus meticulous attention to even the clean-up. All that I could hope for! But Kyle went the extra mile. I’ve got an old house with old appliances and he paid attention to these unique problems, even making a return trip to assure me everything was perfect. And it was!

Johnathan T. was very knowledgeable about my plumbing problem and showed me what the problem was right away. He went out of his way to purchase the necessary items at Home Depot since he was out of the items needed in his truck. After returning he had the job professionally done within minutes. He even showed me how I could repair my toilet myself in the future if I had to. We need more compassionate people like Johnathan in this world. I highly rate this company for anyone's needs.

We were having issues with our tankless water heater, and we were first impressed that we could get a same-day service call. Bryan A was very personable, knowledgeable and professional, and we were thinking we might need to replace the unit, but after performing a few routine service points and "rebooting" the unit, it not only works fine once again, but we now get hot water to the faucets faster than before! The service call fee was reasonable, infinitely cheaper than a new unit, and I will certainly be asking for Bryan in the future -and recommending him to others!

Bryan has visited my home for plumbing repairs on 3 different occasions. Each time he has been prompt, friendly, and very helpful. On each visit he fixed/repaired the faulty plumbing in a very professional, careful, and thorough manner. We had an old garbage disposal that was leaking and causing a pretty noxious food bacteria smell. Jonathan T. from Able Plumbing assessed the issue and offered three possible solutions. He was great to explain pros and cons to each solution and even noted that once he took everything apart, salvaging the old disposal may not be possible-so there were no surprises. Jonathan was really kind and I appreciated his professionalism. The staff in the office was also really nice to work with. Just one thing to note which doesn't really have anything to do with the quality of service: it can get a bit expensive if Able supplies the garbage disposal. The price of labor seems comparable to other companies in town, but cost of materials is up there. Overall though, we had a great experience and I would highly recommend Jonathan.

Dwain W is an excellent technician. He was on time, was very patient and explained everything to me so I understood what was going on. His professionalizum was very impressive. I am very happy with his work! He added a plug on my porch so I could plug in my Christmas lights. I will be recommending him and Able Elect. And Plumbing to all my friends.

I worked with Bryan B. He is so professional and friendly. I felt very much at ease with him and his ability to do the job needed, which was to replace my garbage disposal. He showed me all the options and explained ever step along the way of what he was doing. Will definitely use Able Plumbing & Electrical again. If it is plumbing I will ask personally for Brian B. as I did before.

2:00 PM on a Friday afternoon! Company coming for dinner! Kitchen sink backed up! Called Able Plumbing, Courtney, in the office was able to contact a technician and scheduled them to come to the house. At 2:45 they arrived. Phew. Jonathan T. and Bradley promptly got to work. Jonathon had to snake the clog outside, then he and Bradley quickly replaced our old disposal with a more powerful one (we had issues with this one over a year ago and didn't feel like replacing it at the time...big mistake). Jonathon knows his stuff! He and Bradley were professional, proficient, neat and friendly. It was a delight to have them fix our sink and replace our disposal. Thank you Able Plumbing and Jonathon, Bradley and Courtney!

Able Plumbing is outstanding. Bryan B. is outstanding as well. He's courteous and extremely knowledgeable. We needed to have our toilet resealed. He found the reason the seal was leaking (toilet was tilting due to floor slope) and took care of it very quickly. Thank you once again for coming to the rescue Bryan!

Mr. Justin showed up promptly and gave us great advise to what should be done about our problem. To my surprise he installed a new high quality unit on the spot, worked late to see that we were not inconvenienced. Able plumbing was recommended by a friend for standing by their work. He even installed new plumbing parts where needed to upgrade our old house. Thumbs up!

I am a fairly new home owner and we recently had tile installed. Within a few months my toilet began to leak. I contacted Able Plumbing and Electrical and I was extremely impressed. John Carton was the plumber the company sent to my house and he did a fantastic job. He quickly diagnosed the problem, provided options, and patiently answered all my questions. He was extremely clean including using drapes in our hallway and he had shoe covers. His repaired the toilet in a timely manner and the pricing was reasonable. I will be using Able plumbing and especially John if possible, because he is a true customer service professional!
