Run as far as you can from them. I used them to get business for my assisted living home, they rarely if ever came out to our facility, they will recommend any home that will sign their agreement to pay 1 full month of rent as a finders fee to their company. I feel for the families who think the assisted livings have really been checked out first. Their sales reps are so aggressive. I did get a couple of placements out of it, one only lasted six weeks and I still had to pay one months rent, they wouldn't even work with me on it. Then other times they would refer me people that had already toured my facility, I would e-mail immediately that i have already been talking to the family and they would agree. Then when the resident moved in, they kept sending me bills for one month rent, I sent multiple letters telling them to stop and proving that I had altered them in advance it was not their lead. It was a nightmare. They also have no relationship w/ the families they are referring. I can't tell you how many reps would call me to ask if someone they referred moved in or not. The families wouldn't even return their calls, so sad. So in the end, use them if you are new and HAVE to, but truly it wasn't worth working with them. PS. YP is making me give them at least one star, I wanted to give them 0.
Very helpful in deciding right care & right location for my dad.
