A Best Twins Movers

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Do NOT use Annapolis Best Twins Movers! The driver who came to pick up my stuff in Tampa, Florida that would be transported to San Diego, CA was the craziest and rudest mover I have ever met. ABTM were booked via Budget. He became quite upset when I asked for the weight certificate. I thought this was standard procedure, according to my communication with Budget. Very tersely and in a rude manner, he said something along the lines of, “Worry about that later. Just show me your stuff.” He told me the remaining balance and he became angry again because I was paying with a card. I was reviewing the inventory list in order to sign it at the end. He conveniently left my flat screen TV off of the inventory list! Three weeks later Manchester Van Lines delivered my stuff because ABTM sold them the job! This took place WITHOUT my knowledge. My floor fan, one of my 3-shelf bookcases, and my desk were missing! I filed a claim and they offered me about twelve dollars!

This company I used through Uhaul is THE WORST COMPANY EVER. They steal your items. I had 3 Mexicans steal all my yard equipment, including my lawnmower. Do not use them they suck! They just throw your boxed items around like garbage. They don't care at all. I'm calling the BBB and my lawyer to get reimbursed for my belongings. I originally found these movers online and they were called Best twins Movers. The phone number took me to a man named Noam or Norman, and he apparently works for this company. Though the reviews here are mediocre, I went with them anyways because this was a last minute move for me. And Norman was incredibly professional and was happy to take on this move. The 2 movers arrived at the exact scheduled time and did a superb job with moving all of our items. What we were moving was equivalent to a 1bdr apt and going into a storage unit. They were very careful with all of the furniture and the fragile items. Norman even called the day before to confirm everything with me. They were speedy and cheap! Such a great price compared to other places I called. They don't charge for mileage or tack on driving fees, but do have a 3 hour minimum (which is nicely competitive though in comparison to other companies that have a 4 hour minimum). And when it was all said and done, I was charged exactly what I was quoted on the phone and quoted in my estimate (which btw, the estimate is very thorough and clear.) I definitely appreciate every aspect of this move, the professional customer service, the thorough and clear paperwork, and the efficiency of the movers; after having a bad experience with Travelstead, who tacked on insurance and driving fees in the end, and charged for a 4 hour minimum. I definitely recommend using Annapolis Best Twin Movers, As long as you speak with Norman/Noam the Relocation Consultant or the President, Isaac, you will be taken care of and in good hands.

I can not say enough how pleased I am. I have moved many times all across the USA and these guys have been the very best. A++!!!! Right on the money from estimate. Did not jerk me around. Not a single ding, scratch, or broken item. I definitely recommend these to anyone. movers did an incredible job! THANK U

I thought it would be nice to write this review on this company because they really do deserve it. The sales people was great! They was very knowledgeable about moving my fragile items to a consignment shop that I was selling. They opted to wrap my things with padded blankets and shrink wrap to make sure nothing was damaged. They loaded everything with the utmost care...I was a nervous wreck...lol, but the guys did a splendid job at handling my things with care. Most movers are rushing and careless just to make a quick dollar but they guys will surely get my business again and again for their professionalism. Thank you again!

we move from annapolis to baltimore md and the movers did great job

Exquisit service. Moving from North Dakota to Maryland was not easy but when I called Annapolis Best Twins Movers, they made the last portion of my moe pleasant and bearable.



I really like the experience of the office team in determining what I needed aposed to scamming me for more money. They wee so professional and it didn't cost me alot to move my belongings and get everything set up in my new home.



I truly made some friends in town.

The cost was very affordable and the movers all we gentle and courteous to me and my family. The work fast but nothing got broken and I can truly say I will be using you anytime I need movers.

Best Twins Movers: Excellent, Great, Quick, Perfect and outstanding are the words I can use to describe Twins Movers. Why? Because everyone I spoke to were kind, helpfull energetic just plain perfection. Then the movers came in uniform were very polite to me and got straight to work. They did not even waste any time because they knew that if they took to long that I would have to pay a little extra even though I would not have minded it lol. Just to know they had customer satisfaction in mind that what mattered most to me. And for being sutch GREAT EXCELLENT workers I made sure I gave them a nice tip. So with that said another thanks to everyone that helped me relocate.
