Have been a long time customer, and have always recieved friendy, prompt and curtious service. Would recommend using this company for anyone who needs a pool cover and making your pool safe.

I am an owner of a few small dogs, and my pool cover, from Pool Covers Inc. is essential to the safety of my pets. My cover was ripped due to some large tree debris falling onto it during a recent wind storm. When I called customer service to see about getting it repaired, they were extremely helpful and understanding. They arranged for a repair service the same day! They have earned a forever customer in me. :) Thanks!

I am very happy with my pool cover. The decision to purchase wasn't a hard one. From the Sales staff to the Technicians which were both knowledgable & professional. The office staff is always welcoming and informative every time I had a question or needed service.

I used this company to make my pool safe. I refused to move into our new home in Pleasanton till our pool was safe for my children. I talked to Julie about my concerns and she was very helpful in arranging an install date that worked for me. I would use this company again. I am a trial attorney and am extremely critical of most companys I do business with but Julie and the installer were both very professional.

I have used this company for over 20 years in 4 differant homes in the San Francisco Bay area. I am extremely happy with all 4 of the automatic pool covers on my 4 differant pools.
