Just had a replacement water heater installed by Phil Santoro and I couldn't be happier or more satisfied. Phil was the consummate professional and paid attention to the smallest of details. He surpassed my expectations and so long as Phil is working for RJ Kielty I plan on being a loyal customer.

I can never figure out why most home repair emergencies happen on weekends. Thank God for Jon, the technician, who was called out on Saturday to repair/eliminate an irrigation back-flow issue. He was very professional and resolved the issue to our satisfaction. RJ Kielty will definitely remain in our rolodex forever.

David did an excellent job putting in our new disposal and making sure we did not have any leaks under the sink. He was prompt and worked quickly, but was friendly as well. I would definitely use R.J. Kielty again, and would hope that all of there people are as good as him!

David was outstanding efficient and considerate of our problems and needs. He wore shoe protection inside our home in Hernando Beach FL, and quickly resolved our problem. WARNING ! to anyone looking for employment. This company definitely discriminates against people with tattoos !. I walked in to complete the application for employment and.....the lady looked at me like I had just ran over the family dog. She said she would give the application to the hiring manager but, observing her facial-expressions and body-language I'm sure it was filed straight to the can. Word from the wise..........

The customer service and professionalism is a 10+++++. This is a plumbing company I would highly recommend based on a visit to my son's home to look at a plumbing issue. Found RJ Kelly based on high reviews hired them for a leaky bathroom faucet repair. The only positive was that the technician arrived on time. He stepped into my bathroom and immediately fell into the towel rod and broke it off the wall. Then he tried to remove the shower faucet by yanking and tugging on it. He said he has never seen one like these (Kohler brand not an off shelf item). Said I would need to oil I down with WD 40. I asked him to leave before he totally destroyed the handle. I contacted the office and spoke with a supervisor regarding the situation. He said he would need to call the technician and call me back. Never happened. Now I need to fix a more severe problem and towel rack.

Great Service, highly recommend. Live in Virginia and own a vacation rental in Tarpon Springs. Guests called at two in the afternoon to report a water heater problem. I made a few calls to local plumbers but none were available for immediate service. Fourth call was to RJ Kielty, who had a plumber at my property within 3 hours to replace the water heater. In addition to the tremendous service, the bill was extremely reasonable.
