From the first call into our office you will have a sense of the type of service you will receive. Our scheduling coordinator can review your cleaning needs and schedule an appointment. You will receive scheduling reminders and confirmation calls with an arrival time. On the day of the appointment the technician will review the service you have chosen, finalize the price and begin service. Then the fun begins and we remove traffic patters, stains and odors from your carpet. We offer protectant to keep your carpets looking new. Upon completion a final walk through of all cleaned areas are performed making sure you are 100% satisfied with our service. Upholstery Cleaning - Phone and in-home estimates provided for deep cleaning of all fabrics (excluding leather). Truck mounted system with proven results for penetrating all types of fabrics, extract embedded dirt and sitting patterns and leaving your upholstery soft, clean and fresh. Upholstery protectant is available to maximize your cleaning. Rug Cleaning - Experience fresh cleaned area rugs that can only be achieved with deep washing off site at our rug washing shop. Our in-home inspection will answer all questions you have on our cleaning process. Specializing in the sanitizing of wool, Persian, braided, hooked, flat woven, natural, flokatis, karastan, tufted and shag rugs. Full washing process takes about 2 1/2 - 3 weeks and will be returned and set up in the home. Tile & Grout Cleaning - Cleaning floors is hard work and should be performed with a professional scrubber, specialty hand tools and a trained professional. Our technician will meet with you and review the best approach with the proper cleaning agent for the best results. Let us restore the natural beauty of your tile with trained professionals. Ask about our recommended sealant of your grout lines and tile adding extra protection. Odor Removal - We love our pets and love our carpets…. but our carpets do not love them. Frequent pet and foot traffic can leave odors and unwanted dirt, bacteria and fungi under your feet. Our enzyme treatment is recommended for any home with pets or children. When applied after carpet cleaning this application will sanitize your carpets and eliminate odors for an extended period.
