Customer Feedback: I called on Saturday, January 2, 2010 about 4:30 p.m. The Twin Cities were buried in snow and ice. The temperature was below zero. The telephone was answered immediately, the exact nature of my problem was diagnosed. "Someone else" had told me I needed a more powerful garage door opener. The gentleman on the phone told me that was not the case! The appointment time was promptly met, one of the parts needed was not brought to my home. While the broken spring was being replaced, the sprocket also needed was brought to my home! This is an honest, customer-service based company.
