        At Covenant Roofing, we realize that most people have never purchased a roof and therefore, may not understand the information they receive from their insurance company. We are experts in dealing with your insurance company. We want to be sure you are compensated for any damage covered under your policy. In dealing with insurance companies, we believe them when they say, "If we owe it, we are going to pay for it." We are eager to meet with your adjuster, if you wish. Most adjusters are thorough, however, some who are not based in Oklahoma, may be unaware of our city codes. If items of importance are omitted from your insurance adjustment, we will bring it to their attention because it may make a difference whether or not the shingle manufacturer honors their warranty on your home. For example, there is strict code enforcement on the decking, the wood surface just under the shingle, and on ventilation, you must have adequate ventilation or you may void your warranty.

        Prompt and reliable service. I called for what others would label a "small job" - removal of a satellite dish holder secured to the second floor roof, that is no longer in use, and roof inspection. Mark and his son, Steve, came same day took photos of problematic spots, after a thorough inspection, showed them to me, and quoted the price to have them fixed. I agreed and they took care of the problems and removed the metal contraption that used to hold an outmoded satellite dish. They took "after photos" and showed them to me, and I was very pleased with their work. I would recommend them very highly.

        My retirement from 40 years of building residential and commercial structures left me with a deep appreciation for quality workmanship. The workers were skilled, courteous, neat, and expedient. When the crew left our home, there was no trace that they had been here except for a beautiful new roof. The cleanup was spotless. We are very happy with the finished product.
