586 Bathrooms

This was the worst customer service experience we have EVER had! We filed a complaint with the BBB which was as useless as Bob the owner. The finish we are now paying another company to fix was as rough as sandpaper and there was overspray EVERYWHERE! The walls, floor, trim , door and hallway floor were covered. The first tech they sent out blasted Eminem who dropped f-bombs every other word and he did a terrible job. They sent out another tech who just made things worse. When my husband called Bob to complain, again, he yelled at my husband and hung up on him! STAY AWAY!

this guy was horrible. argued with customer. wanted his check before the job was even done. had to come back because finish looked like crap. coating was peeling off with in 2 weeks. does not belong in the customer service business . stay away!!!!

I found Bob at 586 bathrooms to be extremely knowledgeable about bathroom remodeling. Taking my ideas, Bob helped me upgrade the bathroom in my home.

It is now a functioning / beautiful room that is the highlight of my home and not the eyesore it previously was.

The crew Bob sent over was quiet, quick,professional, and did good work. They did their work and then left. I really liked the way they cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again , and in fact, intend to. Timothy W. Jury
