If I could leave 0 stars I would. I read reviews and the biggest negative I found was time and thought if the price was right, a bit of extra time wouldn't be an issue. First during "sales" I was told four weeks. Then I was told 6-8 weeks after everything was ordered. Whatever... then the sales guy ("Al") when I started checking on my order never returned my calls or emails. Then one order at my moms was wrong and one at my house was wrong. I got mine in 6-8 weeks, again couldn't get a hold of my sales guy "Al"... After another 8 weeks I got my shutters installed and correct, but not my moms. Again I get a call from 3 day blinds asking me if everything is ok and right, I say no (I get a total of 4 to 5 calls from them over 7 months, each time with a no answer)... I get told customer service will call me, they never do. Well after 7 months, my mom is still awaiting a replacement piece, the billing invoices were never sent although asked for 4 times, I never got a call from customer service... and the lady who keeps call me now asked me to call them - why would I call and wait on hold for customer service after 7 months when you keep telling me they will call me? I do not think so... NEVER AGAIN and if I can help it, I will share my story with everyone... Go with a mom and pop store on shutters/blinds, they care about their customers.
I will say their SUBCONTRACTED installers were excellent. Wish I would have found them on my own first.
