What a horrible taxi service. Waited 2 hours and still no taxi arrived. Called multiple times and was told the driver went to our location and that we weren't there. We were even hung up on when we called to enquire. Do not use this company. I rate it as a 0 stars
Very good service. Called day before to request a super early (4:30am) Monday morning pickup from home to go to MIA.
The person handled initial call is kinda hard to hear because he is on some sort of radio device... Confirmed address and phone #. Few hours later someone else called to confirm address and pickup time.
Next morning taxi arrived on time, driver is courteous and got to airport without any trouble.
The driver accepted credit card with Square on the phone. I was able to get a instant receipt though my email.
Would recommend to anyone who needs a taxi in Miami.
I called at 3:15 and it is now 3:50 and they still haven't came! I've called about 7 times and each time they tell me to wait 5-10 minutes. They asked for my adress
Twice and still haven't came. I am never using this company again. They disappointed and humiliated me and made me late to work. I do not recommended this service to anyone. I don't want anyone to go through what I've been too. F*ck this service!!! Never again!!!!!
I called at 2:27 PM to request a taxi from 24/7 Yellow Cab. I asked if they accepted debit cards with their drivers and how long it would be for them to pick me up at my location. I was told that my driver would arrive in 15 minutes and that they all accepted cards. At 2:40 PM the driver called my phone and said that it would be another 15 to 20 minutes before he arrived. I explained to him that I was in a hurry to get to the airport for work and that I was very upset that the company did not called me earlier to let me know that no one would be there on time. The driver, Mr. Mahmood, arrived at exactly 2:55 PM. When we left, he started driving in the wrong direction. I asked him if he knew the way to the airport because he was going the wrong way. He said that the way he was going was so that he would beat the traffic. I told him that I did not want him to go that way because I do not want to pay anything extra. He continued to drive his way and refused to go the shorter more direct way to the airport. When we arrived at the airport at 3:33pm the total was $49.30, I handed Mr. Mahmood my debit card. He then told me that he did not accept cards and that I would have to pay in cash. I told him that I only had seven dollars in cash, and that I already spoke with someone about paying with a card. He decided to argue with me and tell me that I would have to go and find an ATM in the airport. I called the 24/7 yellow cab company to speak with a supervisor, report the incident, and request to pay with my card. I called two times and each time I was purposely hung up on. I then got out of the car so that I could find an ATM, Mr. Mahmood, requested a security guard to follow me to the ATM, and told me that I "better not leave without paying him because there are police that will follow me". I was then very upset that he would even insinuate that I would try to leave without paying him. I went to the ATM machine to take out cash, I had to walk across the airport, wait in line, it was 3:39pm when I was able to use the ATM, and I was charged a $2 surcharge. I returned to the driver to pay him. I requested his drivers information, he stood in front of the cab and refused to give it to me. He also refused to give me a receipt. I copied down his information and quickly went into the airport because at this point he had already made me late for work. He and the 24/7 yellow cab company are very rude, untrustworthy, unreliable, and I am disgusted with the incident that I had to endure. I should have been able to arrive at the airport no later than 3:20 PM, instead because of his and the 24/7 yellow cab company actions, I did not finally get into the airport until 3:43 PM. This entire experience was unacceptable and humiliating.
